Welcome to www.vishvasoilmaker.com, owned by Vishvas Oil Maker Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please also read our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Billing & Shipping Policy.
1. Products
Product images are for illustration and may differ slightly from the actual product. Oil output and grinding capacity are approximate and depend on seed/spice quality, moisture and power supply. We may change product designs or specifications without notice.
2. Prices and Payment
- All prices are in INR and include 18% GST unless stated otherwise. A GST invoice is issued for every order.
- Prices may change without notice. Orders with wrong prices due to errors may be cancelled and refunded.
- Make bank transfers only to the account on our official Bank Details page. We are not responsible for payments made to any other account.
3. Orders and Cancellation
An order is confirmed only after we accept and dispatch it. We may cancel any order for valid reasons and refund the amount paid. Customers can cancel an order only before dispatch.
4. Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Delivery, returns and refunds are handled as per our Billing & Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. Please record an unboxing video and report any transit damage within 48 hours of delivery.
5. Warranty
Our machines carry a 1-year warranty from the invoice date against manufacturing defects. The original invoice is required for claims. Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, wrong voltage, unauthorized repair or normal wear and tear.
6. Safe Use
Read the user manual before use, use the correct power supply and keep children away from the machine. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse or not following instructions.
7. Intellectual Property
The Vishvas name, logo, content, photos and videos on this website belong to Vishvas Oil Maker Pvt. Ltd. They may not be copied or used without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of business or profit. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective once posted on this page.
